The Hindley Street Country Club

ザ・ハインドリー・ストリート・カントリー・クラブ（The Hindley Street Country Club、通称：ザ・HSCC）という名前は、オーストラリアのアデレード（Adelaide、南オーストラリアの州都）にあるハインドリー・ストリートにちなんで名付けられました。

2017年にアレンジャー兼プロデューサーのコンスタンティン・デロ（Constantine Delo）氏がアデレードのミュージシャンたちとスタート。

70年代、80年代、90年代の曲をアレンジした演奏がYouTubeで人気となり、再生回数が5億回を超える人気チャンネルへと成長しました。Facebook、Instagram等での配信を含めると全体の再生回数は10億回を超えています。

人口130万人のアデレードの中心部に位置するハインドリー・ストリートは、アデレードができた頃（19世紀前半）からあるストリートの一つです。ストリートには、パブ、アイスクリームショップ、ショッピングモール、バイクショップ、また、大学のキャンパスもあり、アデレードのエンターテインメント文化が集まるところです。

ちなみに、バンド名にカントリー・クラブを付けたのは、普通のカントリー・クラブではなくて、ちょっと上品なイメージのあるバンドを目指したからです。もちろん、そこにはジョークも含まれていますが・・・ by コンスタンティン。

ザ・HSCCの録音はメンバー全員が一ヶ所に集まったライブ形式で行われています。歌手はShureのインイヤーモニタリングを使って自分の声を確認し、アンプはLaneyを使用。コンスタンティン・デロ（Constantine Delo）はLaneyのオフィシャルアーティストでもあります。

The Hindley Street Country Club is a band that was started in 2017 by arranger and producer Constantine Delo with a group of Adelaide musicians. The band’s name is inspired by Hindley Street in Adelaide, Australia, which is one of the oldest streets in the city and home to pubs, ice cream stores, shopping malls, motorcycle stores, and even a university campus where Adelaide’s entertainment culture is concentrated.

The band’s channel has grown to over 480 million views on YouTube, including over 1 billion views on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

The recording of The HSCC was done in a live format with all members in one place. The singers use Shure in-ear monitoring to check their voices and Laney amplifiers; Constantine Delo is also an official Laney artist.
