陽気に広がる80’sファンク｜『バッド・ママ・ジャマ』

今週のカバーはカール・カールトン（Carl Carlton）の『バッド・ママ・ジャマ』（原題：She's a Bad Mama Jama,1981）。グレン・カニンガム（Glenn Cunningham）の伸びやかなボーカルが冒頭から空気を明るくし、HSCCらしいファンキーなサウンドが軽やかに広がる一曲です。
タイトルにある 「Jama」には、意味のない言葉遊びのような軽い響きが加わり、その陽気さが曲全体の明るさを支えています。
